Ann works in communications and public relations as a journalist, editor and graphic designer for Australian regional newspapers, magazines and trade press; branded journalism that relies heavily on storytelling. For nearly ten years, she worked as a communications and media advisor, and speech writer, for an Australian Senator and more recently, a Victorian Shadow Minister and MLC.
Ann is author of ‘A Letter to Bridget,’ a book about her understanding and first-hand experience with the Australian medical health care system and disability. She is married and has four children. For 20 years she was active and engaged as PFA President or a committee member at three different private schools in Melbourne.
Ann was a boarder at Morongo. Her family owned a sheep and grain property near Deniliquin, where her love of walking in large open spaces was established. She also enjoys painting landscapes in oil.
