Cassandra has recently joined the College after over a decade working in student wellbeing in the Victorian Catholic school system. She held a number of positions including Head of Senior School, Director of Campus, and Acting Deputy Principal, all of which involved the development and refinement of College culture and student wellbeing practices. Cassandra recently completed a Master’s level thesis on building teacher efficacy towards student wellbeing, with a particular focus on mental health literacy in schools.
At the College, Cassandra is leading the team which will implement a modern contextualised wellbeing framework, prioritising belonging, agency and respectful positive relationships. She is committed to ensuring that the College’s wellbeing leadership and strategic direction align with current best practices.
